4. The adjustment of nail cutters is too tight

In the workshop, I intuitively and clearly understand every link and detail of the production of TC products. However, for the application of products, I can only learn from the company's product catalogue and little information on the network. Unexpectedly, it was my customer who taught me the application of nail tools.

At first, in order to get a better understanding of the customers, I took the initiative to ask the customers what they need to complain after they received the goods.  So I met this particular Indian customer.  He wondered why there were sellers who took the initiative to complain. But after I explained the reason to him, he acknowledged it and introduced their production line in great detail. After our exchange of views, both sides have gained a lot. Next, I have sorted out our harvest in the sequence of production lines.

The first step is wire feeding straightening: the bending steel wire is straightened by friction wheel while the steel wire is transmitted. In the process, attention should be paid to the coordination of wire feeding and straightening. We usually need tungsten carbide brazed gripper dies here. When choosing brazed gripper dies, attention should be paid to the size of wire and the style of nail cap, so as to select the matching model.

Second step, cold heading nail cap: when the nail cap needs to be clamped by clamping mechanism, a section of steel wire is exposed for cold heading nail cap. We usually use movable or swinging stamping dies, collectively known as tungsten carbide punches. Punches are generally divided into threaded punches, mesh punches and plane punches according to patterns. The third step, cold extrusion nail tip: extrude the shape of the nail tip through the die, and cut the steel wire at the same time. The tungsten carbide brazed cutter is needed here. 1. Hot-rolled steel bars are finished steel bars that have been hot-rolled and naturally cooled. They are pressed from low-carbon steel and ordinary alloy steel at high temperature. Generally, steel bars with a diameter of 6.5 to 9 mm are mostly rolled into wire rods; straight wires having a diameter of 10 to 40 mm are generally 6 to 12 meters long.

Here are the differences for cold and hot ribbed steel bars:
1. Different processing techniques.
The hot-rolled steel bar passes the gap (various shapes) of the pair of rotating rolls at a high temperature at a high temperature, and the pressure is processed by the compression of the rolls to reduce the cross-section of the material and increase the length. Usually expressed in HRB, for example, HRB500, there are often large diameter steel bars with specifications Φ6-Φ25. 2. Physical properties are different.
Hot rolled steel bar has low yield strength and good plasticity. While cold rolled steel bars have high yield strength and poor plasticity. The yield strength of hot-rolled reinforcement HRB500 is above 500Mpa, and its elongation after fracture is more than 15%. The yield strength of cold rolled steel bar CRB550 is above 500, and its elongation at break is more than 4%.

3. Different applications.
The cold-rolled ribbed steel bar has three sides with ribs, good roundness, convenient opening and straightening, good welding quality and low price. It is suitable for the distribution of cast-in-situ slabs, the distribution of shear walls, the stirrups of beams and columns. And the reinforcement of the ring beam.
