Time flies like an arrow, day and moon shuttle, unconsciously 2019 with my full memories and harvest is about to quietly enter the end, 2020 is also slowly ushering in to us.

In this year, Relink is committed to providing customers with tungsten carbide solutions.

A Brazilian customer needs to customize a special reamer, but it is difficult to find a supplier because of the complex process. The technical department of We has been docking with customers three times before the final drawing is finalized. In order to meet the requirements of customers, we have tried many ways. Finally, it took two and a half months to complete the customization process of the new product.

In this year, We still pays attention to after-sales service. We don't panic or hide from customers' complaints.

A Bulgarian customer customized a set of standard nail cutters, but they could not be put into use normally. Relink follows up patiently to find out the reason for the difference of the machine. After studying the differences, our technology department provides solutions to solve the problems smoothly. Now the customer's equipment has been put into use.

In this year, Relink paid more attention to the user experience of customers.
Many customers have reported that there is a gap between the CNC inserts and the holder, which is easy to vibrate the cutter, thus affecting the normal use. Therefore, we have developed our own holder to fit the inserts perfectly, which not only improves the service life of the CNC inserts, but also makes the workpiece more precise.

In this year, Relink 's International trade department has come to many new partners.
Because more and more foreign customers choose to believe in us, the company also pays more and more attention to foreign customers. Because of the company's emphasis on and expansion of the foreign trade sector, we have added 521 new foreign customers this year. We are very grateful to foreign customers for their recognition of Relink and are willing to continue to provide you with more high-quality cemented carbide products.
